These terms apply when you use Gymint, the gym management software run by Exillien Softech Pvt. Ltd.. By signing up or using Gymint you agree to them on behalf of your gym.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and sign up on behalf of a real business.
- Keep passwords private. You are responsible for what happens under your gym’s logins, including your staff’s.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Free trial
New gyms get a free trial. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, the account turns read-only until a plan is paid for.
Plans and payment
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and in Gymint, before GST.
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Every payment comes with a GST invoice.
- If a payment is late, your account keeps working for a short grace period, then turns read-only. Nothing is deleted.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
Your data
- Your gym’s data belongs to your gym. You can export it at any time.
- You allow us to store and process it only to provide Gymint to you.
- You are responsible for having your members’ consent to keep their details and to message them.
SMS and WhatsApp
- SMS in India must follow DLT rules and approved templates. WhatsApp messages must follow Meta’s policies.
- SMS uses credits. Credits that come with a plan are for that month.
- We send messages through third-party networks and cannot promise every message will be delivered.
Fair use
Don’t use Gymint to send spam, store unlawful content, break the law, try to access other gyms’ data, or put an unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and support
We work hard to keep Gymint running every day and announce planned maintenance in advance. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Support is available on WhatsApp, phone and email during the hours shown on our contact page.
Cancelling
You can stop using Gymint at any time. See the refund and cancellation policy for how payments are handled. We may close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why.
Liability
Gymint is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
