This policy explains what information Gymint collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. Gymint is run by Exillien Softech Pvt. Ltd. (“Gymint”, “we”, “us”).
Who this policy covers
- Gym owners and staff who use Gymint.
- Members of those gyms, whose details a gym keeps in Gymint.
- People who visit gymint.in or fill in a form on it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number, email, gym name, city, address and GSTIN.
- What gyms add about their members: names, mobile numbers, photos, plans, payments, attendance, body measurements and any notes the gym chooses to keep.
- Usage details: the pages used, device and browser, and IP address, for security and to fix problems.
- Website forms: the name, mobile number, gym name, city and message you send us.
How we use it
We use this information to run Gymint for you and nothing else:
- To provide the software: storing your gym’s records and showing them to your staff.
- To send the SMS and WhatsApp messages your gym switches on.
- To bill you for Gymint and send GST invoices.
- To give support, and to contact you about your account and the demo you asked for.
- To keep Gymint secure and to stop misuse.
We don’t sell data
We never sell personal data, and we don’t use your members’ details for advertising.
Members’ information
Each gym decides what it records about its members and is responsible for having their consent. We process that information only on the gym’s behalf, to run Gymint for that gym. Members who want their details changed or removed should ask their gym, and we will help the gym do it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run Gymint, and only what they need: hosting, SMS delivery, WhatsApp delivery (Meta) and payments. We also share information when the law requires it.
How we protect it
- Every gym’s data is kept apart from every other gym’s.
- Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are stored only as hashes.
- Only the Gymint staff who need access to help you have it, and their access is logged.
- Data is stored on servers in xxxxx and backed up every xx hours.
How long we keep it
We keep your gym’s data while your account is open. After an account is closed we keep it for xx days, in case you change your mind, and then delete it, except records the law asks us to keep, such as invoices.
Your choices
You can see, correct and export your gym’s data in Gymint at any time. To delete your account or ask anything about your data, write to teams@gymint.in.
We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our grievance officer is xxxxx, who can be reached at teams@gymint.in.

Gymint stores a small amount of information in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your choices. If we add website analytics, it will be listed here.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Important changes will also be shown inside Gymint.
