Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new gym gets a free trial with the main features switched on. No card needed.
How much does Gymint cost?
It depends on the plan and on how often you pay: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. The longer you pay for, the less it costs per month. The prices above are before GST; you get a GST invoice you can claim credit on.
What is an active member?
A member whose plan is running today, frozen plans included. Members whose plan has ended don’t count, so years of old records never push you into a bigger plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Pick another plan from Settings › Gymint plan whenever your gym grows.
How do I pay?
By UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Every payment comes with a GST invoice.
What are SMS and WhatsApp credits?
Each SMS uses one SMS credit and each WhatsApp message one WhatsApp credit. Every plan adds both each month, the app shows what’s left, and you can buy more anytime. If WhatsApp credits run out, reminders go by SMS.
What happens if I stop paying?
After a short grace period your account turns read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can export everything.
Do you offer discounts for chains?
Yes. Gyms with several branches or franchises get a custom plan. Talk to us.
