We want you to pay for Gymint only while it is useful to you. This is how cancelling and refunds work.
Free trial
The free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel. If you don’t choose a plan, the account turns read-only when the trial ends.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time by writing to teams@gymint.in or telling us on WhatsApp. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
Refunds
- Monthly plans are not refunded once the month has started.
- Yearly plans cancelled within xx days of payment are refunded in full. After that, we refund the unused full months, less xx.
- SMS credits that have been bought are not refunded.
- Duplicate or failed payments are always refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the account or card you paid from, within xx working days of being approved.
How Gymint is delivered
Gymint is software used online, so nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed: straight away for online payments, and within a few working hours for UPI or bank transfers.
